Mexican Annulment

Mexican Annulment:

It is possible to obtain a very fast Annulment without travel or appearance in Court. It is best if both parties are in agreement, but it is not necessary.

The procedure is so simple and fast that you can have a final Annulment granted within 1 day with our Expedited service (Expedited Service is available for an additional fee), or it can be granted in 2 - 3 days with our Standard service. Remarriage, if that is one of your concerns, depends on the jurisdiction where the marriage is to take place. There is no waiting period in many jurisdictions here in the United States or elsewhere in the world.

With our Standard Service the official Annulment decree, together with official English translation, is sent to our office by courier.  It is then mailed via First Class Mail to you and should arrived in approximately 2 - 4 weeks. With our Expedited Service the Annulment decree is sent directly from the Law office to you via Express Mail,  and should arrived in a total of  8 - 10 days from when your case was submitted.

An annulment is a declaration by the Court that no marriage ever took place. An annulment will entitle you to answer accurately that you have never been married.

United States Immigration has very particular requirements for recognizing a Mexican annulment. If you or the person you plan to marry is not  a US citizen and you intend to go to the INS to ask for status you will need to have your annulment decree Certified and Stamped by the Mexican Government. Mexican annulment clients acknowledge that Fresh Pond Travel serves strictly as intermediary for the convenience of the client and that the client's dealings are strictly with the International Law Office of Tijuana, Mexico, to whom the client shall look for indemnification.
