I authorize my Attorney to state to the Court my acceptance of plaintiffs legal submission to its jurisdiction and waiver of any other law that could be applied to this case and also my acceptance of the validity and regularity of the proceedings in said suit for annulment, in which I am expressly putting in my personal appearance through my duly constituted Attorney, and that shall hold as forever valid any decree that is handed down therein.

hereby submit my (our)self (selves) to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Mexico for the sole purpose of obtaining a annulment. I/we have been advised that the Mexican annulment will not be recognized by the US Immigration and Naturalization service (INS) unless I/we choose to include the available option for Mexican Government Certification and Stamp. (This certification is available at an additional fee).

(IF APPLICABLE): I certify that my spouse will not submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Mexico and will not give consent to a annulment.

I/we understand that any annulment judgment granted in any foreign jurisdiction without the consent of both spouses and without both spouses submitting to the jurisdiction of said foreign Court, and without an appearance personally by at least one of the parties to the annulment, must be considered avoidable and that the annulment judgment may be contested by either spouse and could be set aside by the Court in whose jurisdiction either spouse resides.
