Procedure for Nevada Annulment

If your were married in Nevada we can obtain and annulment of that marriage for you with or without your spouse's consent. If your spouse contests the annulment it may be necessary for you and your spouse to appear in court in Nevada. Otherwise no court appearance is necessary. An annulment takes approximately 5 (five) weeks once the proper pleadings are filed in court.
