If you choose to pay by personal check we must wait until the check has cleared to proceed.

Alford, Account Number 88 306549 2. Please make sure you send, along with transfer, your name, address, telephone and fax numbers. We receive many wire transfers with no client information and have no way to determine who has sent the money. Be sure to telephone or fax us when you have made the transfer. Otherwise it takes us as long as one month to learn about the transfer from our bank, and we do not want to hold you up waiting for papers.

Installment payments: You may start payments whenever you wish, in any amount, and make payments as often as you like. The first payment must be $100 or more. When the total of your payments reaches 50% of the cost of your divorce, annulment or marriage the case will be processed and your decree will be held by us. When you’ve made your final payment the decree will be sent to you immediately. Please note that once a payment plan has been started there will be a small cancellation fee in the event you decide to cancel. Click here for our installment plan form.
